Pneumatic system of amusement kiddie rides
Compressed air, supplied by two triplet W-0.8 / 10-type compressor, enters into the gas system of each arm after processed by the gas source triplet. First it enters electronically controlled pneumatic valve to change the gas circuit direction, to achieve the reciprocating motion of the cylinder; then enters into the one-way inlet and speed adjustment throttle valve to adjust the cabin rising speed, then enters the one-way throttle to adjust cabin descent speed. The double-acting cylinder is used as a single-acting cylinder, declined by the cabin gravity.
Electrical system
a. Electrical system consists of the electrical control box, air compressors, rotary motors, conductive ring, cabin controlling circuit and lights decorating circuit, and some other parts.
b. Electrical System Working Principle
3N + PE380V / 220V power supply through the main power switch (automatic switch DZ20-100, configurable by the user), enters the electrical control box, firstly switch on the automatic air switch of the control box panel; then switch on "Control Power Switch" key button, the control circuit is energized, waiting for the next step; Then connect on "air compressor switch" rotation of the control box panel, air compressor is energized to operate, and it will stop running automatically when the air pressure reaches to the rated value (1Mpa). Press down the " Start operation "button, Circuit will issue a preliminary tone for about 5 seconds, and then the circuit enters the timing running state; Rotary motor is energized, driven amusement rotation, 36-volt AC circuit is sent to the decorative lights and cabin control circuit through the conductive ring. Lights Decoration circuit generates six different patterns of lights flashing effect. Passengers can make cabin up and down through button switches. Hand press the firing button, Trumpet inside the cabin gives out Simulation shooting sound ... When the running setting time reached, controlling circuit gives out about 5 seconds prompt rings, while rotating motor and the conductive ring blackout, cabin gradually brake to stop. The running setting time can be adjusted by a toggle switch on the control box relay.
