America’s Oldest Children’s Amusement Park

Kiddie Park is the perfect place for children and adults to enjoy a nostalgic day of old-fashioned fun at one of San Antonio’s most treasured landmarks! Established in 1925 and renovated in 2009, Kiddie Park is America’s oldest children’s amusement park! Kiddie Park has preserved its 1920’s style by maintaining all of the original rides, while updating the park with modern facilities. Guests can enjoy the parks’ old-fashioned ferris wheel and famous hand-carved Herschell Spillman carousel, as well as other classic kids’ rides that have made Kiddie Park an iconic San Antonio attraction for over 90 years! We also host birthday parties, private parties, and company events!
We want to thank everyone who came out and gave the Kiddie Park Ice Rink a try and we hope to see you out for some ice skating at our Broadway location again next year!
In the meantime though, we are relocating the Ice Rink to our PicaPica location on the Southside of town! You can still enjoy the rink, but now it’ll be indoors! We will post when we have the rink set-up at that location… stay tuned!
New for the 2014 season, Kiddie Park is pleased to announce we will be opening up a carnival game section of the park, featuring all the classics! There is a basketball game, milk bottle toss, ring toss, and more! Playing some carnival games with your children is the perfect way to round out a day of nostalgic fun at Kiddie Park!
Kiddie Park is building a pathway that runs through the park! We are selling engraved bricks for $50 each to help fund the project and to allow Kiddie Park patrons the opportunity to have their own special piece of Kiddie Park! The first phase of the path is installed, and we are now taking orders for bricks to be placed in the second phase of the path which will be laid later this year.

Kiddie Park Train Stop
Love the San Antonio Zoo Eagle Train? The Kiddie Park Train Stop is built and open for customers! You can ride the train from the zoo, stop by Kiddie Park, and then continue on the train ride back to the zoo!
